Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the thamescad.com website (the "Service") operated by Thames CAD Studios ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Services

Thames CAD Studios provides architectural drafting, CAD conversion, and related support services ("Services"). All services are performed based on materials and instructions provided by you, the client. We strive for the highest level of accuracy based on the inputs provided.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for the Services, the client shall own the copyright to the final deliverable drawing files (e.g., DWG, PDF). We retain the right to use the work for our internal portfolio and for marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All pre-existing materials, methodologies, and tools used by us to create the deliverables remain our intellectual property.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with our Services shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages. It is the client's responsibility to verify the accuracy and compliance of all drawings before use.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

5. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
